Coaching is a practical and proven intervention that helps employees at all levels negotiate and balance the demands of life inside and outside work. I work with corporate, small business and not-for-profit organisations who know their employees are their greatest asset and have a commitment to invest in their potential and wellbeing.

We all experience periods of change in our lives. These are uncomfortable and uncertain. There is no single prescribed way to go through a process of transition and everyone experiences change differently. Sometimes people benefit from having help to explore the consequences of change and find meaning.
The way I work involves a focus on the mind and body working in unison, allowing you to take action and develop. I use expert coaching techniques; building self-confidence and awareness. I will encourage you to step outside old routines and help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs that might keep you stuck in the old patterns of thinking and behaviour.
