About Me
I am a qualified Social Worker, Change Management Practitioner and Life Coach. I have worked in the Criminal Justice and Social Care System for 30 years, helping people and organisations negotiate and implement change. During this period, I have spoken with people on a daily basis about changes that need to be made on an individual and organisational level.
I have worked with remarkable people and witnessed them making truly life changing transformations. I have developed my Coaching business around my passion for working with people and businesses to help them identify, negotiate and achieve meaningful change.
This could involve working with businesses who want to start a change process, people affected by the change or who would benefit from support to develop professionally.
You will have guessed my main interest is the people element of change management. I totally respect the importance of processes and systems but my passion lies in equipping people with the ability to understand and negotiate change effectively.
Through individual Life Coaching, I enjoy meeting and helping people identify their goals, achieve their ambitions and change important aspects of their lives.
