Transitional and Change Management Coaching
My approach
Coaching will be a partnership between you and me during which a series of constructive, thought- provoking and purposeful conversations will take place with a meaningful outcome. I will support you to identify and effect change in even the most difficult circumstances. We will focus on the present and I will ask questions requiring you to think deeply and seriously about your future.
I will provide time, techniques and support for you to reflect, gaining greater self-awareness (or corporate awareness) and the confidence to make the decisions best for you or your company.
Change Management Coaching
Change in the workplace will only increase at pace in the coming years. Retaining and developing talented staff in such an environment will be increasingly crucial for businesses looking to take advantage of new opportunities and overcome challenges.
Managing this time and your relationship with your employees for any people-based business, is make-or-break.
Successful leaders will be judged by their ability to develop themselves, their teams and employees to adapt and innovate through periods of transition.
Coaching is a practical and proven intervention that helps employees at all levels negotiate and balance the demands of life inside and outside work. I work with corporate, small business and not-for-profit organisations that know their employees are their greatest asset and are committed to investing in their potential and wellbeing.
My particular areas of interest are:
Working with all grades of staff through periods of organisational and/or personal transition
Recruitment and staff development
Facilitating return to the post Covid-19 work environment
Transitional Coaching
Throughout our lives we all experience periods of change. These may be intentional or involuntarily. There is no single, prescribed way to go through a process of transition and everyone experiences change differently. Sometimes people benefit from having help to explore the process of change.
I use expert coaching techniques; building self-confidence and awareness. I will encourage you to step outside old routines and help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs that might keep you stuck in the old patterns of thinking and behaviour.
Together we will work towards a future in which you thrive.
Everyone's circumstances are unique, so I cover a broad and diverse range of needs and challenges, with a specific interest in:
Career Development
Transition to Parenthood
Preventing stress/burnout
I am a qualified Social Worker, Change Management Practitioner and Life Coach. I have worked in the Criminal Justice and Social Care System for 30 years helping people and organisations negotiate and implement change. During this period, I have spoken with people daily about changes that need to be made on an individual and organisational level.
I have worked with remarkable people and witnessed them making truly life changing transformations. I have developed my Coaching business around my passion for working with people and companies to help them identify, negotiate and achieve meaningful change.
This could involve working with businesses who want to start a change process, people affected by the change or who would benefit from support to develop professionally.
You will have guessed my main interest is the people-element of change management. I respect the importance of processes and systems, but my passion lies in equipping people with the ability to understand and negotiate change effectively.
As a Transitional Coach, I enjoy meeting and helping individuals set goals, achieve their ambitions and change their lives.
